This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel your enrollment in our online courses. Our policy complies with the regulations and guidelines under related act and law within Queensland, Australia.

1. Course Cancellation by the Organization

• Full Refund: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all course fees paid.
• Notification: We will notify you of the cancellation via email and process the refund within 14 business days.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellations and Refunds

• Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your enrollment within 3 business days from the date of purchase (the "Cooling-Off Period") and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed any course materials.
• Access to Course Materials: If you access any part of the course during the Cooling-Off Period, you will forfeit your right to a full refund. A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, deducting the cost of the materials accessed.
• Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period: If you request to cancel your enrollment after the Cooling-Off Period, no refund will be provided. However, you may be eligible for a course transfer or credit under certain circumstances (see Section 5).

3. Refund Request Procedure

• Submitting a Request: To request a refund, you must contact our support team via email at admin@worldwide-edu.com within the Cooling-Off Period. Include your full name, course title, enrollment date, and the reason for your refund request.
• Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Medical or Personal Hardship: If you are unable to complete the course due to serious illness, injury, or other personal hardship, you may be eligible for a partial refund or course credit. You must provide supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
  • Procedure: Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be made within 30 days of the event that caused the hardship. The decision to grant a refund or credit is at the sole discretion of the worldwide-edu.com administration.

5. Course Transfers and Credits

  • Course Transfers: You may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course within 30 days of purchase. Transfers are subject to course availability and may incur a fee if the new course is of a higher value.
  • Course Credits: If you cancel your enrollment after the Cooling-Off Period, you may receive a credit for future courses at our discretion. Credits must be used within 30 days of issuance and are non-transferable.

6. No Refunds for Discounted or Promotional Courses

Courses purchased at a discount or through a promotional offer are non-refundable. This policy applies to all discounts, including but not limited to early bird pricing, holiday promotions, and group discounts.

7. Compliance with Queensland Law

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other relevant regulations under Queensland law. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and applicable law, the law will prevail.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
